We work on compact projects with a clear scope as well as multi-month development programmes. What matters is not the size but whether we can add real value. We settle that in the first call — openly and without a runaround.
It depends on scope. A straight Shopware 5 to 6 migration we hand over in 4–8 weeks. Add a new design, a headless frontend or an ERP integration and it becomes a relaunch — budget 8–14 weeks for that. An MVP is on the table after 2–4 weeks. We will tell you which bracket your project falls into with the proposal, 48 hours after the scoping call.
